As I live some distance to my let property in Croydon I had planned to use Upad as they also offered a tenant 'viewing service' however they have stopped this now, does anyone know of such a service in the Croydon area?

Hmm Upad still have the viewing service listed on their homepage - how do you know they don't offer it anymore? Did you email them?

I telephoned them, they advised the supplier had let them down on occasions.  FYI a few years back Atlantis Reading were looking at getting landlords nationwide to consider as 'franchise' with them to act as local letting agents at much reduced fees; the upfront fees were high.

Properties to let in Croydon have the benefit of being just  9.5 miles from Charing Cross and central cities. Borough is a major commercial center in the Greater London area, and often at the second place, after the shop in the southeast of central London itself.
