Hi All

Looking for some advice please.  Tenant has moved out and deposit (in full) has been returned.  They are asking for their tenant deposit scheme number.  Why would they need this?  Surely this applies only to their tenancy with us and if their deposit has been returned in full, not sure why they would need this number.

Thanks for coming back to me.  Is there any reason though why the ex tenant would need their reference number if they've moved out of the property and had their full deposit returned to them?
