Hi everyone,my first post here.I'm looking some advice.I took over a couple of properties in the summer.one is going great although I have a problem tenant in the other property.due to antisocial behaviour I had the letting agent give her a months notice to vacate the property which she has failed to do.she is now saying she is waiting to be rehoused and I've no rent being paid.the letting agents have told me I should speak to a solicitor and go through courts to get her out although I simply could not afford to do this.im in a low paid job as it is so funding this way is just too much.im at my witts end!!!!!!I would be greatful for some advice,especially from landlords within northern Ireland.
