Hi All

Can I make an amendment to a short hold tenancy agreement at any time as many times even after it has been signed by the tenant and landlord and they have moved into the property

appreciate anyone's advice

Will you be offering the tenant the same ability to amend the agreement at any time as many times even after it has been signed...  ?

No. Of course you won't.

Only with the agreement of the tenant.

Thank you. Yes it would be...it's more for the tenants benefit than mine.

I ask these things as I am not a rogue Landlord and want to make sure I am doing everything within the law within landlord regulations.
