Am fairly new landlord.Its time to do the HMRC stuff. I use a letting agent. Management Invoice has £300 worth of heating plumbing deducted with letting fee.
Letting fee and Heating repair  an allowable expense. So i have lesser monthly income  than usual. Do i subtract the £300 plus letting fee off my 'lesser amount' for tax purposes? Maybe I should use an accountant!!  : ). I can see two ways, the other being just dont include these expenses.

If I could cancel this I would.  I have to look at the 'gross' amount.
