Agents have just carried out a check.The risk is shown as 75% Low.Report that the water tank has sediment and the lid is inadequate,and say this needs sorting out at a cost of around £130.Am I obliged to get this done urgently,or can it wait until I am having other work done when the current tenant leaves in February?   

You are only obliged in as much as if the tennant contracts legionaires disease whilst at the property, and records show you did not act, you are liable.   Your choice.
