I know its a bit of a random question.
But does anyone have any good recommendations for books to read.

Landlord books, renting, the ins and out of it all.
the legal side to things.

Preferably in normal language
I have read loads of websites but just wanted to see if there was any good books out there that was actually worth reading.

Maybe join an association?  Would receive updates, access to legal help and it's tax deductible.

The complete guide to Residential letting By Tessa Shepperson is a good all round book.

A book is likely to become out of date in various areas in short order... best to stick with the forums (not this one, though, as it's pretty crap and the regular posters are pretty uneducated in the field).

Agree with hippo.  We're pretty much worthless.
