Hi guys .

I am a private landlord with two rentals at the moment and as this is my main income I am not employed I was wondering if there was any way I could get a buy to let mortgage to get another property with having no employment.

Does anyone know if any companies will take the income of the properties for a mortgage. Or if you can get a mortgage based on what you already have as capital.

Hope that makes sense. I am in the norfolk area if that is any help with specific places.
Thanks

Go and see a whole of market mortgage broker.  There are lenders out there who will consider your situation if X Y and Z also fall into place.

Cheers all, think that's the way go to whole of market broker where you can explain your personal details. Always earnt  decent money in the building trade and saved a bit. But last few years change of direction earnings not so good. Which goes against getting a interest only mortgage
