Hi, I'm new.
I was wondering if anyone on here has any properties rented out through the Let to Birmingham or similar social scheme? We have one and are going through hell with it right now. For the last three months the council rent subsidy hasn't been coming through, and we're now almost £600 down. The agency just blame the DWP and say we'll get it some day but right now there's nothing anyone can do. Is anyone else in the Same boat/having better luck?
