My father - who recently passed away - was a landlord, the property has passed to his wife (my mother) who now becomes the Landlord. The assured shorthold tenancy agreenment  he signed with his tenants is up for renewal, normally the agreement would be renewed with a straightforward memorandum to the agreement. Is this still possible seeing that the landlordship/ownership has passed to my mother - simply substituting the name of my father with that of my mother, or will it be neccessary to draw up a new agreement. I have attached a copy of the memorandum wording and indicated where i propose changing the names. Many Thanks
