UK Landlord Forum / Life

Hello, this is my first post, but hopefully not my last.
I currently own a property in the UK (south east) which is tenanted - their lease is due to end in October - but I do have an option to renew.
Ideally I would like to sell the property with the tenants in situ in order to minimise void periods.
Does anybody know of a website or other service I can use to find potential buyers?

Just a normal estate agent would do with the fact that there is a tenant in situ should suffice.
