Hi there

Discovered this website a fortnight ago. have already bought the documents and decided to rent my flats myself. its amazing!

One issue I do have - I have a flat that I'd like to rent out for 3-4 months in North London, zone 4. Starting January.
Couple of questions:
a) Is it easy to rent a place for less than 6 months
b) Can we expect normal market rent or do we have to reduce it compared to if it was, e.g. 6 or 12 months? Or could we get even more?
b) Should we furnish it? I imagine no one will want to move in for 3-4 months having to furnish it?
