Hello people,

I have a tenant who I want out due to being a demanding tenant (tenant is a council tenant). Has basically stated I need to pay for decorating etc when the house is perfectly liveable.
2 things I'm looking to do, 1) get the council round to assess if it's not liveable
2) serve her eviction notice

I am hoping someone on here could give me advice on how to do this please? It's my first buy to let property so complete newbie at it... tenant has been in 3 years and I've been a good landlord - even letting tenant off with monthly payments for Xmas etc
