Hi all.

Does anyone have any experience of a mid term rent increase from a Serco rented property. I'm nearly three years in to a 7 year lease and they are currently paying the old LA housing rates. No hassles whatsoever so far. Without contacting them first, I'm wondering if they are responsive to requests for an increase or if I'm better not rocking the boat given that it is a very hands off rental that suits me. It's circa 8% difference so potentially worth pursuing.
