Tenant has given 1 months notice, so time to sell.
Question.

Do I have to now pay the Council Tax until paid.
Do I keep the same utility supplier or is there one realy cheap for standing charge.
Anything else I need to know or do

You may have to get Unoccupied House Insurance until you complete your sale if your current buildings insurance requires occupation, which most do.

I used Adrian Flux (just search for them). Easy to set up the insurance and reasonable rates.

Other specialist brokers are available.
