Hello - new to this.

How do I go about  getting reference or credit check for the tenant's guarantor?

I've the guarantor's application form together with their IDs & payslip.....so what's next?

Hi there is a site called landlord referencing they do credit reference checks it's about £10 plus also make sure the guarantor knows that if the tenant doesn't pay they are liable if it goes to court hopefully not. I will also give you a bit of advice take the national insurance number as well on your application form. This will a security for you.
