Hi,

I am currently just about to start a new job but my landlady has issued notice on me so I need to find a new place at the same time. I will start the new job before I need to move but I will probably have only been there for a week. How is this going to go down with agents and landlords?  I'm sure I have a reasonable credit rating and I can afford the deposits etc although cash flow isn't as good as it normally is right now (xmas was fun, and expensive).

Btw I will have a a very good reference from my current Landlady, she is merging homes with her new boyfriend and they are using this place as an office, its not that I did something wrong. Good luck to them  although their timing sucks lol!
