Hi

I'm serving a Section 8. Do I serve GSC/EPC/EICR how to rent, AST & prescribed info alongside, as we do with a Section 21? I can't find any guidance stating so.

Those aren't really things you serve with a Section 21 anyway. They're things you provide to the tenant at the prescribed times throughout the tenancy.

That said, there isn't the equivalent bar on serving a valid Section 8 notice if they haven't been provided. If you didn't issue them when you were supposed to then it may weaken your position in front of a judge if you're issuing the Section 8 on anything other than mandatory grounds, though.
