Hi,
I have a tenant who I suspected was dealing drugs as a neighbour had tipped me off.  I reported it to the Police via Crimestoppers and spoke to the local PCSO about 6 months ago.  Presume they weren't bothered as it is presumably  a pretty low grade operation. It now transpires that the house next door has failed to sell due to the criminal activity in my house ( a police officer was going to buy it!)

I was rather hoping that he would just move on anyway as the house is not very suitable for him. I will sell the property but
Just wondering if anybody has any advice or thoughts before I decide how to proceed.

You've been rather unlucky with your other tenant who just left and now this one who won't go.

If you are planning to sell the property, then you'll attract more buyers if the house is vacant.
