Hello, I have an assured short term tenancy agreement which I have renewed every year for the last 11 years! I paid the deposit when I moved in 11 years ago. I am interested to know what the laws are regarding this deposit. Does the landlord owe me interest on the deposit if the tenancy is terminated?
