From what i can gather housing and Support Solutions work in partnership with private landlords to house individuals that require a level of support.
I have been told that this can be very profitable as rooms can rent for upto £125 a week. (bearing in mind this is the lincolnshire area)
I was talking to a private landlord who was telling me he has five four bed properties all shared all rooms letting @ £100 - £125 a week.
He said working with some housing support and was in the process of purchasing another 3 properties on the same basis.
Do you know anything about this and what are the inroads.
