Hi, I hope some of the knowledgeable people on here can give me a little advice.

I have on 19 June 2017 , obtained a court order for possession,    ** the tenants have not left yet. I sent the Form N325 to the court to engage the bailiffs, but it was returned to me with the note : "Please complete Part 5 of the form with the date of order and date of possession."

The online form automatically defaults to the current date when filling in the form. As I didn't fill in the form on the same day I got the order, it  didn't have the date of the order on it - So I can easily change that date. However, which date do I put in for the "date of possession" ?

Tried to find guidance notes, but nothing online. Do they mean the date the tenants moved in ? Or the date on the tenancy agreement ? They're slightly different, a few days. Or do they mean the date the possession order was due to come into effect (29 June 2017) ?

** The tenants have not yet left because they are hoping the council will rehouse them due to their considerable medical needs. This is the reason I have given the tenants ample time to find somewhere else (The council have said they are trying but have nothing on their books yet.)  On the bottom of the N325 form I have put a note for the bailiffs advising of the poor health of the tenants (Don't know if the Bailiffs will take any notice )
