I will be serving my tenant a section 21 notice. I have filled in the form with my address and realise that my address on the tenancy agreement is different as I have recently moved. I am sure I read somewhere that it is vitally important to have all details correct on a section 21 to avoid future problems if an eviction has to go all the way to court. Does anyone know what I should do before I serve this notice. Many thanks.

The detail you're referring to - your address - is correct on the Section 21.

What you mean is that it doesn't match with a previous document - the AST. But how can that not be OK? People move, just as your Tenants will soon be doing.
