Hi Everyone,
Just wondered if anyone can offer me some guidance - I have renovated a building which was previously an HMO for 10 people (sui generis).  I would like to turn this into Bed and Breakfast accommodation - can I do this under permitted development or would I need to change class to C1 through planning?
