Hi,

Am new to this forum but would like to get other landlords advice regarding 2 properties I have in the North West (despite not living there). Am considering placing them in a rental guarantee scheme as tenants tend to stay for no more then 12 months and I would not have to worry about rental voids or maintenance issues.

Any taughts would be greatly appreciated.
