Hi,

I've spoken with my tenant and he wants to extend the tenancy for another 6 months and then a rolling 3-months after that (I guess a year tenancy with break clauses at 6, 9 and then obviously 12 months).

Can I reuse the initial tenancy agreement, change the dates and breaks, instead of having my estate agent draw up something new? And the charges that come with that...

There is no need to complicate matters,it is better for both of you just to let it go onto a periodic/rolling contract,no paperwork involved.
