The tenants were evicted by the bailiffs in 2017, and the property was boarded up awaiting quotes and refurbishment.

Tradesman went to property to work bus could not access boards had been removed and locks changed. Curtains installed and lights on.

Checked on line and found that two private limited companies had registered themselves at the property without permission. I've already contacted companies house to remove them from the address but forms to fill in. Also reported them to Action Fraud.

Its fraud and illegal break-in. Checked with electricity provider, had top up meter they informed that strange activity was on my account. Will I be responsible to pay for this?

First question, how long is the bailiffs warrant valid for? And can I get the Police to evict them as squatters?
