Hi

Can anyone give me advice regarding fire windows?

I have a tenant, who is looking for me to install new windows throughout the property.  I have said that this is not something we can do right now, but will again look at it over the summer.

The tenant is now obviously googling every kind of breach that they can find, and the new one is that they have no fire window. 

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The information I would offer you takes a slightly different view... evict the Tenant.

Once a Tenant starts down this path, you are onto a loser. Cut your losses - before you incur them - and teach the Tenant a lesson.

Now, once they're gone, you can investigate the issue further and - if necessary - install something new / different for the next Tenants.
