Can anyone advise me of the quickest and most expedient mechanism to dismiss a managing agent from an RTM company?
I have been advised that a specialt resolution require 75% approval and with overseas landlords that difficult.
Am EGM requires 21 days notice and again with overseas landlords their will be high unattendances.
One of the 2 directors is the owner of the managing agent and is unlikely to agree his firms removal?
Any advice please?
Finally can anyone recommend a specialist and reasonably priced solicitor in the Greater Manchester area for landlord property

You could try appointing a managing agent via the LvT tribunal.
