hello all,

we are still trying to get rid of our awful tenant - the one who told us he had cancer etc.

he has not got cancer afteral !  after losing my dad to cancer i particularly hate him for this 

everything is in order and we are going to go to court for an accelerated possession order to get this swine out.

simple query - do we have to legally write to him and inform him of this?

if so - is there a template letter somewhere?
