I left a fridge in my property - it is on the Inventory. It has now stopped working, is it my responsibility to repair/replace or can I tell the Tenants I will remove it and they can replace it with their own?

It's yours, you are responsible for it.

You are but that extends to things supplied by you and that should be left in the property once the tenant leaves.  If the fridge was still working at the end of the AST and the T took it with them I'm sure you'd have issue with that.  You can't supply it, remain the legal owner of it but avoid responsibility for it.
