Receivers have been appointed after we fell behind with mortgage payments, told if we clear outstanding amount back to original loan amount flats will be handed back to us, has this happened to anybody else? Also, we have found a buyer which will clear half of the  mortgage, but tenant is still in the flat, offered another flat but they refused to move, can the receiver give them notice?
