Hello there

Our client, the Salvation Army Housing Association (SAHA) is urgently seeking 1/2/3 bed properties to let, for a minimum term of 2 years.  The housing requirement is for young adults (18-25 yrs) who have had a difficult upbringing.  They will either be in full time education or employment.  They do not have criminal records.

The property search extends between North Warwickshire and Stratford Upon Avon.  Specifically within 3 miles of the following postcodes:  CV37 6PL (Stratford Upon Avon); CV34 4LA (Warwick) and CV9 1GA (Warwickshire).

The tenant is SAHA and each occupant will have a licence agreement with the charity. 

SAHA is offering the following:

Quarterly rent payments in advance
Regular inspections of the properties
Covering the cost of maintenance / repair works required
Taking responsibility for statutory testing
Providing and maintaining white goods
