Can anyone direct me to a reasonable template for a fire risk assessment for an internal communal staircase that services three flats?  The stairwell is carpeted (fire retardant), has central smoke detectors on the stairway (checked monthly with annual service check) , fire extinguishers (checked monthly with annual service check) and doors that seal in the event of a fire through a strip running around it.

A completed one wold be ideal so I can see the depth that is needed.
