If a tennant moves six large dogs into my property without my permission even though it states in the tenancy  agreement
NO Animals of any description  How do i stand legally ??

If i give permission can i put the Rent Up to cover for any damage and how much can i charge for each dog if at all ??......

Any helpfull comments greatly appreciated......

Legally they are in breach of contract.

To get money out of them if you still want them there would require negotiation.

How far into what length contract are they?

You cant charge more rent, but I would seriously get a pet agreement signed, check with the council it doesn't constitute overcrowding, and insist on at least another £1000 deposit.
