Hi - does renting a house to 2 unmarried couples constitute as an HMO and does it require licensing? Thanks for your advice. Regards, from a Confused first time landlord

Does your council make all places register.

Actually scrub that, it is a HMO, a small one.

You only need to register large ones though.
