Hi,

I have a fairly sizable debt owed to me by a previous tenant due to the lengthy process of evicting someone once they stop paying rent! As part of the court process however I now have a CCJ against the tenant for the arrears. I have been trying to enforce the CCJ and have tried Leesons who also trade as UK Debt collection, they did send three standard "final payment" type letters to the tenant but unsurprisingly he hasn't responded and they have passed the case back to me. Does anyone have any advice on how to enforce a CCJ?, the names of any good Debt collectors?

Quite happy to pay to get money back.

Do you know this person has the ability to pay? Can you afford to spend out money that may never come back. Yes, it is the right thing to do but is it the most financially beneficial?
