Who do you use?

Do you use custodial or insured?

Is there an easy way of printing out the all statutory info?

First time for me ( yes I know!) Used DPS Insured £22.20, still pending but I was hoping for a screen print that would cover my arse.

Big Screen mind!

DPS Custodial. Ts&Cs = hit print. PI = .doc I created to fill in the details, then hit print, rather than hand-writing it all out.

boboff

See, I have no idea at all what that means.

I assume it's because I cant see TSCS as it's still saying awaiting payment clearance.

Pi = Doc?

I thought it was 3.41769275634827289030989775432

Hippogriff

OK - what you must provide to the Tenants is...

The Scheme's Ts&Cs - you just print 'em off... for you, using Insured - https://www.depositprotection.com/documents/terms-and-conditions-insured.pdf

The Prescribed Information - the DPS provide a template which you would normally complete by hand... I created a .doc so I can type it up and print it out, twice.

Why are you using Insured?

boboff

Thanks mate, all sorted.

Not really sure why Insured, the fee worked out about 3% for the period it covers, so I thought that was a fair return on my money ( there money!)

Why do you use custodial?

Hippogriff

a) because it's free.
b) because it's not my money, so it shouldn't reside with me.
