I advertised my property in OpenRent and was contacted by a company called Tenantbox offering to manage my property at 0%. Too good to be true! How do they make their money??? Would appreciate comments and feedback  asap as I do not want to signup for something I may regret in future. Many thanks in advance.

Probably some dodgy subletting home altering scam.  Ask them?

The tenant could be paying a fortune to them?

I couldn't agree more. Why would you be asking random people on an Internet forum rather than the company themselves? What are the chances people here are going to have heard of some two-bit outfit that probably only covers a small geographical area? They're remote, aren't they? You said it yourself in your own post "too good to be true"... sign up at your peril.
