I initially said wait for the Brexit/political nightmare to end before taking action,either a BTL or shares.If you are looking for a place to buy for yourself ,this could be a good time.In my area (West Midlands) Brexit has affected house sales badly.People I know are accepting offers way below the asking price. If you wait for Brexit to end,it could be your daughter who is doing the house hunting !
