Do we have one to download on this site? All the free ones on the net want my credit card and I would rather pay a couple of quid for one through this site than find I have paid out unwittingly for a piece of worthless paper elsewhere. Please help, my solicitor wants a kings ransom to draw one up and i just need something strait forward for a basic Barber shop let for 1 year.

I have just got a lease direct from lawpack. Cost about £45. Cheaper than paying the solicitor £600-1200 to draw one up. Yes, ok, the tenant is meant to pay my solicitors fees,- but in this market.......
