Well, not long into this business and here I am about to start proceedings for the first tenant eviction.

Already been along the Section 21 route, with this tenant, not a hope in hell was he ever going to leave.

Can anyone advise/recommend any agencies, as it's my first, not really all that confident with going through the procedure myself.
