UK Landlord Forum / Life

I am an overseas landlord with two properties currently rented out, but am very disappointed with current manager/letting/estate agent.  I am looking for a reasonable to high level of service, i.e. someone who can keep promises and get things done.... can any one recommend a company to look at please
