Hi

I had a brother and sister with their respective partners renting my four bedroomed property for the past four years.

I have just heard that one of them has just moved out and I have been advised that the new girlfriend will be moving in.

I have been asked to supply my existing tenant with a letter for his girlfriend stating that my property will be her permanent address for her family visa application.

I am a little concerned about this as I don't want to fall foul of the law.

I have asked a few questions.  She intends to be a tenant, She's Brazilian and my existing tenant and her are planning to get married after which she will stay in the UK permanently.  She's at the very early stages of applying for the visa.

I would appreciate some help.  Thank you.
