Hi all.
Went to court on 24th January and got a order for arrears to be paid and for tenant to leave by 7th February. I don't believe tenant will leave on the 7th. Can I book a bailiff now to go into to evict tenant on the 15th febuary . If so do I go back to the courts to do it or find a private firm.
