Newbie landlord - v grateful for any thoughts please

potential tenants querying "severely rusted water pipe" - I lived with it severely rusted and have had a Legionnaires check done at the property ... do I need to have it more thoroughly checked in case  its at risk of causing anything untoward to them?

i have stayed with having a water bill - partly because i had experience of a water leak in the property and the estimated difference quoted by the water board for meter or billing was (surprisingly) not that high. Does anyone else stick with water bills for tenants rather than meters? any advice or thoughts would be very welcome please

I would definitely get in a plumber to complete a survey and report.

You will also be able to use report for future tenants.
