Hi there.
Sorry another random question.
I have submitted my first deposit into the DPS.
They have mailed both the tenant and I saying its confirmed.
I have read that we need to print out the certificate to give to the tenant.
Is there such a thing and where would it be. I have looked everywhere. Or is it just a case of the information regarding the confirmation.

On the DPS screen it just says its active.

I just don't want to miss anything or get anything wrong as this is the first time I have managed a property.

Just go to the Our Processes link at the bottom of each page... you'll find the Prescribed Information template from there... also, you'll see the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the home page as well.

Yeah its a DPS Custodial.
I have printed out the terms and given the tenants a copy.
I was just wondering if there was such a thing as a DPS certificate. With all the details in or is it just a case of they have had confirmation of you registering it and that's enough.

You are required to give the Tenants 2 things... Prescribed Information and Terms and Conditions. That's it. Best to get the PI signed.

Probably best to get two copies of the PI so you can keep one copy.
