Hi to Everyone
I'm new to property letting - one flat, tenant organised, all set to go.
I pay a monthly management fee to the 'Owners Association', who cover all the outside repairs & maintenance, gardens, CCTV etc.
Is this fee normally added on to the rent, or do I pay it (as I do now) ?

I assume you are talking about service charge.

Landlords pay this, not their tenants.  It is something you need to have taken into account when setting the level of rent.  As far as tenants are concerned, it is included in their rent and not paid as an extra.
