Hi there,
Forgive me if this has already been covered. I live overseas and use a full service prop management to run things. But am I entitled to claim back VAT my Property Management company charge me each month?

The place of supply is the UK, so the management company is correctly charging VAT. There isn't really a practical way you could recover it.

One less thing to worry about.
