Hi All...newbie to the forum..pls be gentle 

Have had the same property manager now for close to 8 years and am now looking for someone better. The current manager is kind of ok, but we've had some ups & downs over the years and now I'd like to see if there's anyone out there that will give me better service/value.

I own a 1Br flat in West Ham London, can anyone reccomend a decent & trust worthy management agent? Im looking for full management.

Not sure if they stretch to West Ham, but Orange and Homeview are very good (and friendly). You can negotiate rates of around 8% for full management. They're based near Newham town hall, I believe, and provide a service in Dagenham, so they may well do the same in West Ham.
